What will I get in the Subscription Box?

In each box you receive 5 to 7 happiness boosting goodies along with anecdotes about an inspiring Woman to inspire and empower you. The self care treats would include products like candles, aromatherapy, bath and body, natural/organic beauty and unique lifestyle products plus more.

What currency do I pay?

All prices on our website are Canadian(CAD) $

What services do we offer and how they work ?

1) - BlisstuBox Subscription

There is a quarterly box that you can subscribe and enjoy some great quality mood boosting and inspiring goodies each quarter(March, June, September, December). We ship from 15th onwards of the shipping month

You can also get the prepaid yearly box which is non refundable and you will get 4 boxes in total, after which you can buy the prepaid yearly box again.

2) - BlissMart

BlissMart is our online boutique listing various self care & lifestyle products. Yearly prepaid box buyers and quarterly subscribers will get a coupon code each quarter to get discounted access to the products on the marketplace. Discounts of up to 50% depending on which membership you have i.e. yearly prepaid or quarterly subscription. We fulfill and ship BlissMart orders ourself.

3) - BlissKits

Unique marketplace of kits designed by our vendors for specific needs like facial, skincare, spa and more. BlissKits order are fulfilled directly by our vendors.

Are the Subscription boxes recyclable?

Yes our Subscription boxes are recyclable. However, we definitely encourage to re-use them for various purposes like gifting, storage or other DIY's :-)

Do you offer Gift Cards ?

Orders & Shipping 

How much does shipping cost?

To offset the cost of shipping in Canada we charge flat $9.99 for all Canada and take the rest of the cost on us by a combination of hand delivery and mail delivery. Contiguous US Shipping is an additional $9 because of the cost associated with shipping to international destination.

For Contiguous US members you only have to pay this additional shipping fee - You won’t be charged additional tax.

When will I be billed for my Subscription Box?

The payment for the current quarter box is processed immediately. Depending on box availability we will either send you a current season box or a welcome box or schedule you for delivery for the next seasons box

The next/scheduled payment is charged on the 1st day of the shipping month, so basically assuming you signed up in March and received your Spring box or Welcome box, next, you will be charged on 1st June for the June(Summer) box.

If we are out of both Spring box or Welcome box, your first box will be the Summer box and your next billing will be on 1st September(Fall box)

 

Returns & Cancellation

Can I skip a quarter or Pause Subscription?

Yes you can skip or pause your upcoming subscription prior to subscription billing date from your account. As a result, we highly recommend creating an account to help you manage your subscription and shipping details

If you skip or pause after billing, your current box will be shipped out as normal but you will skip/pause the next billing onwards

Please note however, Prepaid plans cannot be cancelled or paused

How to Cancel subscription?

We hate to let you go but in case you like to cancel, you can email us at bliss@blisstubox.ca from your registered email address with subject ‘Cancel Subscriber - Your name’ with atleast 3 day prior to billing cycle

We won’t be able to cancel after you have been billed for current quarter but we can cancel your next order/billing

What is your return policy?

Being a small business all Blistubox purchases, are non refundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Frankly, we know this is not ideal but so we promise to update this policy as we grow older and gain more foothold in the industry.

However, if you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email us at bliss@blisstubox.ca within 5 days of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced! In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages when reaching out to us on above email.

If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If BlisstuBox is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of BlisstuBox.  

How do I receive refund?

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. All refunds are subjected to a refund processing fee. We won’t be refunding the cost to return

Can I buy as a gift for someone?

You can buy the one time Mystery Gift box or BlissKits and you have an option to add a message to the person you are gifting. Our team will add a hand written note in their Gift box
